I am pleased to be available for speaking engagements for your group. I do feature some presentations that are intended to be especially timely or relevant (listed below.) I also emphasize subjects related to middle life issues and men's mental health. However, I'm pleased to present on other topics related to family, child and adolescent issues, relationships, stress management, challenges of modern life, and others.
Speaking fees are waived for Asheville area non-profit and civic organizations.
 

I offer presentations or workshop sections for in-service trainings or events that your organization is sponsoring. Co-sponsorship is welcomed. These events can range from a couple hours presentation on a specific topic through to facilitating a retreat. Presentation topics may be selected from the listing below, or may be specifically designed to meet your group's unique needs.
 

Occasionally I offer educational presentations that are available to the general public. The presentations that I sponsor are usually a few hours long and provide an introduction to a topic or general overview on ways for addressing common concerns. Some of these presentations also serve as a preview to a more extensive workshop offering and allow interested participants to have a taste of the workshop material before making a commitment. The scheduling and fees for these seminars vary. When these events are offered they are listed in the "upcoming events" section on this page.
